• To contact you about your quote request and schedule a visit.
• To review your property photos, prepare your quote, and plan your installation.
• To follow up about your installation, service calls during the season, and takedown.
• To improve the website and our service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Sharing With Service Providers

We may share limited information with vendors who help us operate, such as website hosting, form delivery, email, texting and scheduling tools. These providers may only use the information to perform services for us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the providers that help us send our texts.

Contacting You

By submitting our quote form, you give us permission to contact you by phone or email about the service you requested. We will not send you marketing unless you agree to it.

Text messages are separate. We only text you if you agree to texts, for example by checking a box on our quote form. Agreeing to texts is optional and is not a condition of purchase. If you do not agree, we can still prepare your quote and contact you about it by phone or email.

• Reminders before we come out to put up or take down your lights.
• Reminders to confirm your service for the coming season.
• Schedule updates, such as letting you know if we are running behind.
• Check-ins to ask how your lights are looking and whether anything needs fixing.
