Who We Are

We Hang Em is operated by Rock Solid Foundation Repair LLC, doing business as We Hang Em. By using this website or requesting a quote from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Information on This Site

Content here is provided for general information about our Christmas light installation services. Photos show examples of lighting and are not a promise that any particular home can be decorated the same way. Every property is different.

Quotes

• Submitting the quote form is a request for a quote, not a contract for work.
• By submitting the quote form, you give us permission to contact you by phone or email about the service you requested. We will not send you marketing unless you agree to it. Text messages are only sent if you agree to them, as explained below.
• The price and scope of your installation are set out in your quote or agreement.
• Installation, service visits and takedown are scheduled subject to weather and crew availability.

Payment

Invoices are sent once your installation is complete. Payment terms are set out in your quote or agreement.

Text Messages

We Hang Em sends text messages to customers who agree to receive them, for example by checking a box on our quote form. Agreeing to texts is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

• What we send. Mostly messages about your service: reminders before we put up or take down your lights, reminders to confirm your service for the season, schedule updates if we are running behind, and check-ins to ask how your lights are looking. If you also agreed to offers, we may send seasonal offers and early sign-up reminders.
• How often. Message frequency varies, and is highest during the installation and takedown season.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Stopping texts. Reply STOP to any text and we will stop. We may send one message to confirm. Reply START to begin receiving texts again.
• Help. Reply HELP to any text, call 913-444-0115 or email wehangemks@gmail.com.
• Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle your phone number is covered in our privacy policy. We never share your text opt-in or phone number with third parties for their marketing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Kansas law, our liability arising from the website or any installation is limited to the amount paid for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

The text, layout, photography and logo on this site belong to We Hang Em and may not be reproduced without permission.
